THE AERIE BED & BREAKFAST IS NOW DOG FRIENDLY
After many requests from customers to bring their dog to the inn, we have decided to change our pet policy to include three dog-friendly rooms. Effective immediately, we will allow dogs up to 45 lbs. to accompany their owners to the inn. The King George III, Cabeb Bradham and Hidden rooms will be designated “dog-friendly”. These rooms were picked with to limit the exposure of guests that may have allergies or not used to being around dogs.
We are exited about our new pet friendly policy and hope that our guests will be as well.
PUBLISHED DOG POLICY
“The Aerie has three dog-friendly rooms—the King George III, Caleb Bradham suites, and Hidden room. Please inform us when making your reservation that you will be bringing your dog (who must weigh 45 lbs. and under). Please call the inn, prior to your arrival to discuss specifics if you are traveling with more than one dog. We charge a pet fee of $35.00 per dog, per day.
Please be aware that pets must never be left in a guest room alone, and are permitted to loiter on our porches and the exterior common areas of the inn, and only while on leash. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, we ask that dogs transit the interior of the inn only while entering or leaving the buildings.
As a condition of reserving a room at the Aerie, in either building, you agree to pay a $250.00 fee if any dogs are found in rooms not designated as dog-friendly, if you are traveling with more than one dog without discussing with the inn prior to arrival or if your pet causes stains or damage to a dog-friendly guest room.” (excerpt from the Inn Policy section on www.aerienc.com).
