The Kennebec Room is located on the second floor of the main house at our boutique hotel in Downtown New Bern, NC. One of the three original upstairs bedrooms, this grand 345 square-foot room is a guest favorite for its romantic cream hues and the stunningly carved four-post king canopy bed. The antique Empire walnut chest was an heirloom piece from the home’s Ward family and beautifully complements the bed. The bright and airy three-sided bay window beckons you to sit, relax, and enjoy your step back into the elegance, charm, and romance of the late nineteenth century. The Kennebec Room can accommodate up to two (2) guests with space for one inflatable bed (an additional charge of $35 applies for a third guest).
