Breakfast at the Aerie
Experience a breakfast centered on fresh, high-quality ingredients rather than complicated recipes. We describe our breakfasts as “nostalgic with a little extra,” alternating daily between sweet and savory dishes like seasonal pancakes, Belgian waffles, hearty omelets, hand-cut fries, and sausage-gravy biscuits. Thick-sliced bacon or sausage is included if not already part of the main course. Our 24-hour guest service area offers complimentary beverages, ice, snacks, and a shared refrigerator.
Most of our jams and jellies are house made using locally picked fruit. Whether you dine in our restored elegant dining room or prefer the luxury of room service, our staff serves a hot breakfast seven days a week. We gladly offer healthier alternatives and accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.
